The engineer that could
Rank: Jedi Knight
Physical Features: An average sized teenager slightly below average in height for his age. His hands scuffed and slightly scarred with welder burns and plasma cutter burns. Has medium length jet black hair that falls just over his eyes, and over his ears in a messy style with green eyes that glow behind them with a glint of childish humor. His face is round with thick cheeks like that of a typical child.
Clothing/Accessories: Colt wears traditional Jedi knight robes, with a dark brown undertunic with his main tan tunic over that. Over that he wears a leather belt fitted with a sleeve for his engineering computer with additional pockets, clips, and sleeves for other items as well. Colt has opted out of traditional Jedi robes and instead wears his cotton hydrophobic brown and tan poncho which has been refitted for as he grows older, it drapes over his shoulders reaching to about his knees and comes with a hood. Colt wears brown pants that lead tucked into calf length brown boots.
Personality: Colt prior to his father's demise, and his mother's insanity was a happy go-lucky kid with aspirations of following in his fathers foot steps. He was quite a polite kid keeping to himself, but always willing to strike up a conversation or to keep one going. However his social tendencies had seemed to die after his parents we're separated from himself, and he had lost his parental figures in tragedy directly witnessing one. He's become a seldom shell, refusing to engage in longer than necessary conversations unless its something of the engineering field or learning more about his psychometry skill. As Colt has grown within the Jedi order becoming a Knight and venturing on his own missions, hes come out of his shell more since the fall of his master pledging himself to try and be as lovely as his father was, and bring his own spin of humor and life to the galaxy as a Jedi.

Hailing from various planets throughout the galaxy, humans ingenuity and migrations made perhaps the most common race in the galaxy. Humans can start with 1 free skill points in any skill they so desire. Physically they are considered the baseline from which other species are described. Generally average, humans are versatile. Human physiology don't have any given advantage, but likewise a lack of disadvantages make them solid all-rounders.

The Republic had aimed to make Colt and his mother comfortable due to this, and as consolation they we're able to recover Colt's father's tablet from the blast and return them to his young son. It was then after Colt touched them that he decided to suppress his ability to read objects and the past associated with them. The trauma of witnessing his father's death first hand, experiencing the grief, sadness, and destruction his father had undergone in that moment as Colt could feel the utter loss his father was at missing the future he had envisioned with his son and wife. Shortly after Colt's mother had experienced great mental trauma ending her up in a Republic mental institution where the best doctors took care of her, leaving Colt to spend his lonesome at a Galactic Republic House for the Young that watched over him, and tried to provide great parental guidance that Colt was not open to the idea of anyone parenting other than his own parents. The young child spends his days getting into trouble with the Republic guard as he sneaks out frequently from his caretakers, playing the dangerous game of hiding in random military bays splicing in with his father's miniature fold-able computer tablet that allows him to invade unauthorized areas.
His gifted ability despite the mischief the kid gets into, has had Republic Officials and the Jedi order suspecting his gift of above average mental fortitude and enhanced capacity for engineering that belonging to a force sensitive individual. His higher mental capacity compared to those of the same age puts him on par with a few adult engineers within the military, and his ability to read the past/present capacity within objects used by another as if he were there are confirmation of a Force Psychometry ability. For now there is only suspicion as anytime Colt is questioned about this ability he declines to talk about it, referring to it as nothing but a "good guess".
